1. Confirm the volume of the Metal Pails

2. If the user packs solids, he can ask the Metal Pails manufacturer to provide the same volume of Metal Pailss for trial installation, and then convert the weight of the Metal Pailss to the required volume of Metal Pailss. However, a sufficient space of 5 percent -10 percent should be reserved for the wrapping of the inner plastic bag, so as to prevent the metal bucket from falling and deforming during handling and cracking, flying cover and other phenomena.

3. If the user fills low-boiling point products (generally below 60), it is necessary to fully consider that such products have vapor pressure at a certain temperature, and the liquid vapor pressure increases with the increase of temperature. In addition, the filling temperature of the product and the highest temperature that the Metal Pails may encounter during storage and transportation after filling should also be considered. Generally, 55 should be considered, and in some areas, the temperature difference as high as 60 should be considered, which will cause the product to expand and lead to the inside of the Metal Pails. Internal pressure is generated, and the sum of the two pressures cannot be greater than the allowable internal pressure in the Metal Pails. Otherwise, the Metal Pails will burst and be severely deformed. 4. If the temperature of the product filled by the user is high, the product should be cooled to room temperature as much as possible before filling before filling. If the product cannot be cooled and needs to be filled, the filled metal bucket should not be tightened immediately, otherwise the temperature difference will cause The Metal Pails generates negative pressure, which causes the Metal Pails to collapse, or collapse when it is touched.

One of the solutions: the filling product is cooled to a certain temperature and then the size cap is tightened. Second: leave enough space as required.

2. Confirmation of coating inside the barrel

The user can provide various inner coating samples from the Metal Pails manufacturer for soaking test analysis of coating changes. Whether the pigments contained in the coating are dissolved, discolored, peeled off, etc., is determined by the user to select the appropriate inner coating type. The surface of the barrel without inner coating has a protective layer of mineral oil, please choose the packaging according to the product.
